Once a contingency admit is enrolled in the program, they have until the following semester start date to send in their final official transcripts with degree date conferred. Semester start dates are determined by the Common Calender.
For Example: Contingency Admits admitted after January 16th, 2023, have until June 5th, 2023 to send in their final official transcripts with degree date conferred.
Official transcripts with degree date conferred can be sent to transcripts@texasteachers.org.
If an intern claims they have sent their official electronic transcripts a more than 5 business days ago and they are not located in the intern's Prince account under documents, advise the intern to send in their email confirmation for the transcript sent. If the intern's official transcipts are in their documents section of their account, but their account has not been updated with their degree date conferred, please add their account to the expedite list. Expedite List
Contingency Admit interns must have their final official transcripts with degree date conferred processed by our fulfillment team, and their Prince account updated to get accesss to their SOE.
