Cannot Locate Sent Transcripts
Questions to ask the applicant:
When was it sent?
- It can take 1-3 business days for us to receive, download, sort and attach electronic transcripts to an intern's account.
- It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive mailed transcripts
Was it sent electronically or via mail?
- Mailed transcripts can take up to 10 business days to simply receive
If sent electronically, do you have an email confirmation of when and where it was sent to?
Do you have any other names it might be under?
- Please update their maiden name in Prince under the General Contact info tab.
After asking these questions, if it is determined that we should probably have the transcript on file and we don't, send the transcript search email template if necessary, located in five9.
if you receive a response to the transcript search email template, it MUST have a confirmation page attached. Do not foward without the confirmation page attached because our fulfillment team will not be able to do anything with it.
All transcript confirmation pages should be sent to transcriptsearches@teachersoftomorrow.org
Only send transcript search responses and confirmation pages IF it is past the processing time and the transcript is NOT located in Prince under the documents tab. (See Processing Times)

If the missing transcript was mailed, it should be added to this list with a much info as possible so our in-house fulfillment admin can look for it:
