The changes going into effect at 7pm on March 13th affecting advisors include new messaging with first login to the pre-admission portal, Admission Cert Area restriction when offering admission to the program and managers will now have access to offer approved discounts for candidates already in offered admission status.

When an intern first logs into their pre-admission portal after applying to our program they will receive the following message guiding them to their email for important information.  



All States - Admission Certification Area Restriction When Offering Admission

 

Before one can offer admission to a candidate the admission certification area must be filled in for each candidate.  To determine how the admission cert area is determined for your state please visit the article Admission Certification Area 


If No admission cert area has been chosen 

The advisor will receive the following message when trying to offer admission to the intern under the Contract Tool 


Managers ONLY Access to offer Discount to candidates in Offered Admission Status 


Any approved discount at the time of the offer of admission can be adjusted by your manager at the time of admission.  For Example: In TX, for interns who were previously dropped due to inactivity and are re-enrolling during the alotted time to waive program fees managers can now adjust their enrollment fees after the intern is already in offered admission status.  


For Managers ONLY there will be an "Add Discount" tab under the contract tool 


This will allow the intern to bypass the payment screen when enrolling in the program again
