Candidates transferring from another educator preparation program (EPP) must have a transfer form filled out by their former program prior to transferring into Texas Teachers of Tomorrow. To determine if a transfer form is needed please see the following article: Transfer Form Needed
When a transfer form is received the following sections need to be filled out in its entirety.
Part A:
- TEA ID Number
- Date of Birth
- First and Last Name
- Transferring from institution
- Transfering to should be Texas Teachers of Tomorrow
Part B:
- Name of Original Entity
- County District TEA Number for that Entity
- Candidate Identified as Complete (Yes or No) must be checked
- Certification Area(s) must be filled in for us to accept the transfer form
- Date Test(s) removed by former program/entity
- Is the candidate in good standing? Y or N must be checked off
- Number of coursework hours completed
- number of field experience completed
- Must be signed and dated by the former program administrator
- We do accept electronic signatures
