The Sprint Release going out on 10.12.23 will affect all advisors for all states with new drop/discharge reason codes. For Growth States, the letter of admission has been added to include the list of approved tests for that intern, and for TX the process for test approvals has been improved to automatically add the test prep if required and add the test as "Eligible" until the test prep practice test is passed.

Inactive |
The intern has not been active within the past 5 years in the program and due to inactivity, they must provide updated information. Refer to the Inactive Interns removed from ECOS status.

Growth - Letter of Admission Update for Growth States
For the growth states, the Letter of Admission has been updated to include the list of approved tests.
If there are no test approvals, the section referencing test approvals will not display.
Texas – Updates to Test Approvals
When an intern submits a request to add a new certificate area, the process has been improved to automatically add the test prep if required and add the test as eligible until the test prep practice test is passed.
If test prep required:
The intern will add the desired test in the Intern Portal.
Test prep will automatically be added based on the selection and a message will be displayed.
The content area will now display as “Eligible” in Price and the Intern Portal.
Upon completion and passing the required test prep, the test will automatically be “Approved” and added to the Approved Test Request section.
If test prep is NOT required:
The content area test will automatically be added to the Approved Test Request section
If intern had 3 tests (eligible and/or approved):
If an intern has 3 tests in the eligible and/or approved status, they will not be able to add more test approvals.
A message will display and will not allow the intern to add another test:
You already have 3 Test Areas that you are approved or eligible for as listed above. Please remove a test if you would like to pursue a new one.
The intern now has the option to remove any pending or approved tests.
