To correct this issue we suggest the intern to clear their web browser cache by following the instructions below:


In Chrome


1. On your computer, open Chrome.

2. At the top right, click More More.

3. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.

4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

6. Click Clear data.


In Firefox


1. Click the menu button on the top right hand corner and select "Settings" 

2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.

3, In the cookies and data section click "Clear data'

4. With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.

5 after closing the settings page the changes will be saved.


In Safari

1. On the menu bar click on "Safari" on your Mac, choose History > Clear History, then click the pop-up menu.

2. Choose how far back you want your browsing history cleared. we suggest clearing all history. (Just be aware you may get signed out of websites that you were logged into)
