HelpDesk/IT no longer has the ability to reset Canvas passwords, and the intern has the ability to do so themselves from the Portal. Please advise the intern of the following directions or email the following to them:



We have implemented SSO in our environment. You now access your Canvas courses through the Intern Portal and no longer have a second username/password to worry about.


Log into your intern portal by clicking on the LOGIN link found at our home page of https://www.teachersoftomorrow.org.


After you log in, click ‘Menu’, “Training progress”, and clicking on the “Required courses”, then “Select the course in which you wish to access". This will take you directly to Canvas now that single sign on has been implemented.


Please remove any previous bookmark you were using to access your Canvas account as that link is now invalid. You will not be able to login nor change your password on that page.

 

If you continue to have problems accessing your Canvas account go ahead and clear your web browser cache and history, close/re-open the browser, and attempt to login via our home page again.

 

If you need to reset your Intern Portal password, please click the Forgot Password link after clicking on the LOGIN link from our home page of https://www.teachersoftomorrow.org.
