For the 24-25 school year we are no longer allowing interns to add a supplemental exam to their intern certificate or even test in a supplemental area (For Example: ESL Supplemental) while on their intern certificate.
Moving forward interns will ONLY be able to add a supplemental exam like the ESL either before obtaining their intern certificate or after they have received their standard certificate.
Texas Teachers of Tomorrow is reaching out to current interns who have submitted an SOE for the 24-25 school year to inquire if the intern would like to add a supplemental certification area to their intern certificate before we recommend it.
