Our development team has worked behind the scenes on new and upcoming changes for future sprint releases that include TLL 90 day free trials for NC, SC, and MI and a new and improved premium test prep page in the portal for our TLL free trial.  Additionally, they have worked to make improvements on the payment screen when interns enroll that will include a promotional offer with a discounted percentage on the full cost of the program when paid in full.  


Ohio PDI Reoccuring Payments

IT has made changes on the back end to allow for re-occuring payments for the OH PDI program.  When a candidate selects the monthly installment option their payments will now come out each month on either the first or the 15th of each month.  


 

 

Employment Processing Queue - Copying the Principal - All States 

When Certification Support processes the SOE they can include the principal's email address now on communication they send to the intern on pending requirements or verifications needed.  Once the email is sent, that communication is copied to the Communication History tab in the Advisor Portal of Prince.  


The advisor can view to whom the email was sent

TLL Premium Test Prep 

The premium test prep page is being redesigned for TX and we are adding a 90 day free trial for NC, SC and MI.  Although our development team has done the work for this change to take place, it is not going live yet.  ETA is early June.  The premium test prep page will be configured for each state.  Meaning, for MI it will reflect the MTTC exams and a 90 day free trial, for TX the TExES and a 30 day free trial and for NC, SC the Praxis and a 90 day free trial.   Below is a pre-view of what is to come!



Enrollment Promotional Offer 

Our development team has worked hard to incorporate a new payment option in the portal for candidates who have been offered admission.  They will now have the option to select a special promotional offer that will give them a perecentage discount on the entire cost of the program when they pay in full for both their enrollment and program fees at the time of enrollment.  This percent off will vary by state. This is NOT going live yet!  We will likely launch it in a smaller state to track interest before it goes live in all states.  




The contract tool will reflect the intern is in Paid status, but their financial status will reflect as Hired since they paid in their program fees in full upon enrolling.
