Starting 03/18/2024 interns will now only be able to select draft dates of either the 1st or the 15th when establishing payments for their program fees.
Interns on a current installment payment plan will continue to have their payments come out on the date they selected between the 1st and the 28th.
The auto draft gets triggered when there are open invoices in the intern's portal. Billing does NOT start until the month following contract creation. Contract creation happens when the intern's certificate is recommended.
For Example: Today is April 10th. Jane Smith establishes payment for her program fees and selects the 15th as her draft date. Certification support creates her contract and recommends her certificate on April 12th. Jane's first payment will not come out until May 15th.
