Phase 2 requirements should be completed during the first year of teaching with the Alternate Route Certificate.
Phase 2 requirements are completing the following:
- Projects
- Excellence in Teaching and Learning Training
- Principles of Learning and Teaching Exam
- Field Supervisor Observations
- Principal Recommendation
After all requirements are met, the advisory team will notify certification to let them know the intern has completed all requirements and is ready for their completion documents to be processed.
