01.26.24 - For about 80 interns the 3 % credit card convience fee that is charged is showing as a credit/discount in the portal for Oct 2023. The interns were correctly charged but the display of the payment of the convenience fee is showing as a credit back on the account for the month of Oct 2023. They are getting an extra credit of $15.30 due to the way the October transaction was made and may think they owe less than they do, but they still owe the $15.30.
