If the intern is eager to get started and take advantage of our New Year, New Career enrollment promotion and has pending documents for processing add their account to the expedited list and use the following talking points.
"I know you are excited to get started! Let me send your XXXXX document over to our experts for processing. This typically takes 3-5 business days, but let me try and get it expedited for you. Can I follow up with you later today with an update?"
Schedule a same-day follow-up to check their account. Call the candidate even if no progress has been made to their account.
If still processing:
"Hi XXXXX, I wanted to follow up with you regarding your XXXXXX document(s). We are still processing it/them but wanted to checkin with you to provide an update. Can I follow up with you tomorrow?"
If processed:
"Hi, XXXXX, great news! we have processed your XXXXXXX document(s) and your account is being reviewed for admission eligibility. (Or... We have offered you admission to the program! Congratulations!)
