How to determine how old the intern's expired offered of admission is.  


  1. Confirm the intern status is "Offered Admission Expired" 

  2. Next, go to the General Info tab and scroll down to " Date Offered Admission."  
  4. If the Date is within 3 months of today's date the advisor may click on the "Re-Offer" button and re-offer admission to the intern.  For Example:  Today is 01/24/2024.  The intern's original offered admission date in the screen shot above is 10/17/2023.  This is within 3 months and the advisor may re-offer them admission to the program.  
  5. If the Date is older than 3 months or older than 10/01/2023 the advisor must add the intern ID to the Expedited list for reprocessing of the intern's transcripts and account for admission.
