For Texas Teachers of Tomorrow candidates we require a minimum of a bachelor's degree with a 2.5 GPA or higher to qualify for our program.

Interns will need to send in their official transcripts for their bachelor's degree and sometimes their supplemental transcripts where they attended prior to earning their bachelor's degree for us to qualify them for admission.

If the intern has a Master's degree they may send in their official Master's degree transcript in order to qualify for the program. However, if they send in their Master's degree transcripts they must also send in their bachelor's degree transcripts to show their minimum degree required.

Transcripts are acceptable as long as they come from an institutionally accredited college or university.

Transcripts Required:

  • Bachelor's degree - always needed
  • Master's degree - needed sometimes to qualify the intern for admission.  If Master's transcripts are sent, bachelor's degree transcripts must also be sent in.
  • Supplemental Transcripts - needed sometimes to qualify the intern for admission.

For Example: John Smith qualified for our program with his Master's degree transcripts from University of Houston with a 3.5 GPA and a degree in Business.  He must also send in his bachelor's degree from The University of Texas even if we qualified him for the program with his Master's degree.
