Prior to Enrolling:

FL Phase I - Average time to complete 4-6 weeks

  • Self-paced online coursework to prepare you for the classroom 
  • Online and in-person classroom observations 
  • Pass state pre-hire exams (if applicable) 
  • Get Hired! We have resources including exclusive job fairs, district partnerships, and expert resume writing services, which result in a remarkable 93% of interns securing employment within their first year.

FL Phase II - Average time to complete 1 Year 

  • Teach for up to one year earning full pay and benefits 
  • One-on-one support from an experienced coach who is a former principal and administrator with over 15+ years of experience, dedicated to supporting you during y our first year of teaching as your field supervisor.  
  • Pass your state exams 
    • Study resources available through The Learning Liaisons who offer interactive online test prep courses and have a 90% pass rate 
  • Complete some additional self-paced online coursework
  • Become fully certified at the end of your teaching year earning your full certification!
