Our program allows you to choose your path toward certification through a flexible, self-paced coursework structure designed to cater to individuals with full-time jobs or diverse schedules. Let me fill in the gaps a bit from what you have told me and what you already know.
NC Phase I - Tailor to your candidate's information provided and what they already know
- Testing - Test in your certification area or be qualified by college hours in the area you want to pursue
- Test Prep – Free through ETS and we partner with The Learning Liaisons who have a 90% pass rate from their interactive online courses.
- Get Hired! - We have resources including exclusive job fairs, district partnerships, and expert resume writing services, which result in a remarkable 93% of interns securing employment within their first year.

NC Phase II -
- Teach for one year earning full pay and benefits
- one-on-one support from an experienced coach who is a former principal and administrator with over 15+ years of experience, dedicated to supporting you during your first year of teaching as your field supervisor.
- Complete online training and final teaching portfolio
- Become fully certified at the end of your teaching year earning your professional license!
