Interns/completers who are attempting to transfer their certification out of state will call or email to request that we fill out a specific form for that state's DOE. Effective 12.04.23 managers will no longer be completing out-of-state forms or reciprocity forms for interns who want to transfer their certification to a different state.
All Growth State Advisors should email any requests for out-of-state forms or reciprocity forms from interns directly to certification@teachersoftomorrow.org. Certification support will complete the form and return it to the intern.
Advisors should also confirm contact information listed in Prince is accurate and up to date. If out of date, the advisor should update Prince with the intern/completer's current contact info BEFORE sending the out-of-state form to certification support.
