Our program allows you to choose your path toward certification through a flexible, self-paced coursework structure designed to cater to individuals with full-time jobs or diverse schedules.  Let me fill in the gaps a bit from what you have told me and what you already know.  


TX Phase I - Tailor to your candidate's information provided and what they already know

  • Training/Required Courses - Online and flexible, will provide vital teaching terminology, and pedagogy best practices that will help you in passing your exam as well as prepare you for teaching in the classroom! 
  • Test Prep - Free and prepares you for the exam 
  • Testing - Test in your certification area (Keep Late Hire in mind if they are eager to be teaching right away!) 
  • Field-based experience - (Example: Your experience as a substitute will come in so handy for this because you are already on a school campus.) 
  • Get Hired! - We have resources including exclusive job fairs, district partnerships, and expert resume writing services, result in a remarkable 93% of interns securing employment within their first year.

TX Phase II - 

  • Teach for one year earning full pay and benefits
  • one-on-one support from an experienced coach who is a former principal and administrator with over 15+ years of experience, dedicated to supporting you during your first year of teaching as your field supervisor. 
  • Complete some additional courses and final exam 
  • Become fully certified at the end of your teaching year!
