Outbound calls will be auto-dialed from Prince to interns who have just PAID their program fees and enrolled in the program.  The purpose of these calls is to welcome our interns to the program, get to know them, and to go over their phase I program requirements to become eligible for hire.

These calls will appear in Five9 as (State) Program Outbound and should give you a 2-minute warning before the call is made.

Below are some talking points you can use to help guide your conversations.

Prior to the call:  Advisor should check the intern’s progress thus far.   Have they started their training? Have they passed an exam? Have they submitted CPR cert Etc.  Tailor the requirements to each state.  Adjust your talking points according to their progress.
