Interns who were supposed to have their payments auto-drafted on either the 23rd or 28th of October 2023, did not get drafted.
Accounting is investigating why this happened. 2CP, our payment system, is re-running the auto drafts for these days. They should be done running by today and show as pending in the intern's accounts.
If interns want to they can manually pay their invoice tomorrow, but we highly recommend waiting until tomorrow so they don't accidently pay twice.
They will need to select the box to the left of the open invoice and enter credit card information to manually pay the invoice.
