Referral Program Internal Doc

 

We are thrilled to introduce our new "Pass It On" Referral Program. This program offers exciting benefits to both referrers and referred interns:


02/01/2024 launched our 'Share the Love' refer a friend campaign! 


Emails and socials promoting this campaign will go out on 02/01 and 02/14.  

Emails will go to hireds and alumni to encourage them to refer a friend that they know would make a great teacher!

Referrer & Referred Intern Benefits:

Both the Referrer and the Referred Intern will receive a $50 Visa Gift Card once the Referred Intern enrolls and pays enrollment fee in full into the program. There is no limit on the number of referrals a referrer can make or rewards they can earn!

 

Payment Processing:

Referral payments will be processed every Monday, with the exception of holidays, when they will be processed on the following business day.

 

Intern referral incentive:

Referrer provides a unique code to friends and family to apply and enroll in the ToT program. Referrer gets $50 gift card for each friend and family who are accepted into the program and pay the enrollment fee in full.

  • If a referred intern is on an enrollment fee installment plan (3- or 6-months) and has an outstanding balance, the $50 gift card will not be paid until the full enrollment fee balance is paid in full.

 

To determine if a “paid” intern was referred to ToT by another intern:

  • Access the referred intern’s account in Prince
  • In the General Information section, locate the Referral Source field and code – if populated this intern applied through a referral source.

 

 


 

 

Before escalating…

  1. Confirm that the referred intern has a Referral Source = ReferralRock and the Referral Code is populated
  2. Confirm that the referred interns are in paid status
  3. Confirm that the enrollment fee is paid in full
  4. Confirm the date of the full EF payment –
    1. For example, if they paid on a Tuesday, referral gifts cards will not be sent until the following Monday.
    2. If the following day a gift card has not been received, escalate to your manager who will work with the Marketing team to investigate.

 

Manager process: (Managers ONLY! Advisors should not be emailing Allison or Chelsea directly) 

 

-      If a gift card has not been received after confirming referral status, enrollment fee payment in full, and paid date, please have your manager email Allison Kelley (Allison.Kelley@TeachersofTomorrow.org) and Chelsea Einsig (Chelsea.Einsig@TeachersofTomorrow.org) as they are the point of contact for the Referral program.
