Outbound calls will be auto-dialed from Five9 to interns who have just passed their content exam and SMK has checked off their intern checklist in the advisor portal of Prince.  The purpose of these calls is to congratulate the intern on passing their exam(s) and to review their remaining phase I requirements.

These calls will appear in Five9 as "SMK Complete" and should give you a 2-minute warning before the call is made.

Below are some talking points you can use to help guide your conversations.

Prior to the call: Confirm if the intern is a late hire or regular hire.  Advisor should check the intern’s progress thus far.   Have they started their training? Have they submitted any FBEs?  Adjust your talking points according to their progress.
