Outbound calls will be auto-dialed from Prince to interns who have just completed their test prep.  The purpose of these calls is to congratulate them on completing their test prep and review test registration through Pearson with them.

These calls will appear in Five9 as "Test Prep Complete" and should give you a 2-minute warning before the call is made.

Below are some talking points you can use to help guide your conversations.

Prior to the call: Confirm what test prep the intern has completed.  Review the account to see if additional test prep is required for their certification areas and if they have completed their online required courses.  Adjust your talking points according to their progress.  i.e. STR with Core exams etc.

  • If they have not completed their online courses prior to registering for their exam,  we want to advise them to complete their online training first before registering for the exam.
  • If they have already registered for their exam and have not completed their online required courses, advise them to try and complete as much as possible before they sit for the exam.

Talking Points:

Hello Intern, my name is XXXXX and I am a program advisor with Texas Teachers.  I am calling to congratulate you on completing your content test prep! We are so excited to have you in our program and I want to go over your next steps.   Is now a good time?

Great! First, I would like to verify your account, can you provide your first and last name and the email address on your account?

Thank you for verifying your information.

Have you had a chance to register for your exam?

If Yes: “Great! What made you choose XXXXXX as your certification area?”

If No: “No worries, I would be happy to assist you with the resources needed to register for your content exam.  First, you will need to create a Pearson account if you have not already.  Have you had a chance to do that already?”

  • If their required online training is not yet complete, recommend first they complete their training before registering for their exam.
    • "Your next step is to complete your required online training. Our training is vital in providing you with teaching terminology and pedagogy best practices that will help in passing the exam(s)."
