The New TCR000 Field Observations and Reflections launched as of 09/01/2023.
TCR000 Field Observations and Reflections is located in two placed in the intern portal.

This course is different from the course previously known as TCR000. Previously, the videos were categorized by education levels and subjects. Now they are categorized into two sections: Instruction and Environment.
For Example:
One video will contain two parts, totalling 1 hour. There is a total of 15 hours available online to observe. Interns are required to watch each video in its entirety and cannot fast forward.
Once the intern has reached the end of their video and the screen indicated in the screenshot below, interns should close the window and return to Canvas to complete their reflection questions. This will mark the video module as completed.
Interns are then required to complete a 4-question reflection template that is unique to the observation and will need to provide specific answers. This reflection template may be found on their getting started page of the video for download.
Additionally, we have added a Rubric for each observation video. Intern's will receive a grade based on the rubric and MUST receive a 60/60 to pass each observation video. The Rubric can also be located on the "getting started" page of the video for download.
The grading period for online FBEs is 3-5 calendar days. Please see Processing Times for most up to date processing times.
