- 5205 Teaching Reading: Elementary is required starting 03/010/2024 with a passing score of 159. (I have requested more information from compliance on what population of interns this will affect.)
- 5123 Family and Consumer Sciences will be replacing the current 5122. The New 5123 will be available starting 09/01/2024. There will be an overlap of 1 year where candidates can take either the 5122 or the 5123 and still qualify for a cert. Aug 31st, 2025 will be the last day to take the current 5122.
- 5053 Technology and Engineering Education will be replacing the 5051 Technology Education Exam. The new 5053 will be available starting 09/01/2024. There will be an overlap of 1 year where candidates can take either the 5051 or 5053 to qualify for a cert. Aug 31st, 2025 will be the last day to take the current 5051 exam.
