An email went out to all interns who have not passed their content exams advising of our new September 1st requirement. As of 09/01/2023 test prep will be required for ALL exams. Additional updates to the KB will occur closer to September 1st and a copy of the email is listed below.
Should you receive pushback from an intern or here discouragement from interns who had to start doing test prep for the previous 17 exams with no official notification or leeway time please use the following talking point.
"We heard your feedback and we are striving for continually improving our communications. We acknowledge that an intern portal alert is not sufficient and we have made that change."
