Updates affecting advisors for this release include new restrictions on the LOE for IN and the VOE for AZ programs, Signature update to admission documents for all growth states and removal of the admissions checklist in the advisor portal for all states.

Restrictions to LOE for IN
Moving forward, interns will not be given access to download their LOE until they have established payment. They will be given a message that looks reflects the screen shot below, and will redirect them to their payment set up page to establish payment.
Upon establishing payment, they will then be able to access their LOE under Menu>Employment Documents> LOE.
Restrictions to VOE for AZ
Moving forward, interns will not be given access to download their VOE until they have established payment AND submitted “their I’ve got a job form.”
If the intern has not submitted their “I’ve got a job form,” the intern will not be able to access their VOE and will see a message re-directing them to their employment page to do so.
If the intern has not established payment, they will see a message on their employment documents page re-directing them to their Payment page to establish payment.
Both payment established and Job form must be completed for the VOE to populate under Menu>Employment Documents.
Signature Configuration on Admission documents for all Growth States
Signature configuration has been updated for all growth states admission documents and will now include Deserie Dulaney’s signature.
Removal of Admissions Checklist for All States
The Admissions checklist has been removed from the Advisor Portal. You will no longer see it reflected when accessing an intern’s account.
Now it will reflect just the intern’s checklist.
Advisors should be using the Pre-Admission Portal as a tool to determine if an intern is eligible for admission as advised on 06/12/2023.

Bug fix for TX test approvals with online FBEs complete
IT has fixed the bug TX interns were running into when trying to request a test approval when only having completed 15 hours on ONLINE FBES. Now that it is fixed, they can successfully request a test approval with 15 hours of online FBEs completed (and test prep for required exams).
