Sprint Release Changes 06.21.23 @7pm
Updates affecting advisors for this release include new restrictions on the LOE for NV and SC programs, new test prep requirement for TX interns before they receive test approval. Additionally, a bug has been corrected that prevented TX interns submitting FBEs.

NV and SC LOE Requirement
NV and SC Interns will be required to establish payment through their intern portal before they receive access to their LOE. New messaging has been added to have this listed as a requirement needed under the Employment Documents tab.
TX Test Prep Requirement
Interns will now be required to complete our test prep for the following exams before they receive test approval. This includes Change/Add to certification area 1st attempts and any Retake requests for 2nd-5th attempts. Once test prep is completed, they will not be required to re-take the test prep for additional attempts.

The above exams have ***Test Prep Required*** next to the exam name under the Test Approval tab.
If an intern has not completed their test prep with an 85% or higher, they will receive the following message: “You will need to complete the test preparation for XXXXXXX before receiving approval. Click Add Course to add Test Preparation Resources for XXXX content test to your content test prep list.”
Once the intern clicks on “Add Course,” they will be prompted to add the corresponding test prep course for the requested exam.
Once the intern has completed their test prep, they can then go back in and request their exam.
Please Note: All test prep that was completed prior to January 1st, 2023 will have credit removed from the intern’s portal, and the intern will be required to complete the test prep again, for additional test approval attempts.
Bug Fixes for TX FBES
Previously interns using Safari or Firefox were having trouble entering a start date and end date through their portal for in-person FBEs. This has been corrected and interns should no longer have this issue.
