Interns may need documentation from Texas Teachers in order to arrange a time in advance to complete their interactive field-based experiences on a TEA approved campus.
We provide a Field-Based Experience letter that they can present to a district of choice which will show that they are enrolled in our program and actively seeking their certification. It is available for download in their intern portal under Menu>Field Based experience
The Field-based Experience letter will indicate that the experiences must include participation and engagment, on a TEA approved campus with a TEA certified teacher as outlined in Texas Administrative Code.
