Customers will inquire about course completion certificates on occasion and the advisor should guide them through their account to direct them to their certificate of completion to download.  


Please Note: 

  • Customer's must complete their course in its entirety to unlock their certificate of completion.  
  • The number of course hours completed will be listed on the course description page and on the certificate of completion itself. 
  • A disclaimer on the TLL website pops up periodically advising customers of this requirement. (see screen shot below) 



Step 1: The customer will need to sign-in to their TLL account.  Depending on the type of user account, the customer will need to either select the social media icon they used when creating their account, or log in with their email address and password.  


Step 2: Once on the main page, the customer will need to click on "Me" at the top of the page.  Then, click on "Account." 






Step 3: Once on the Account page, the customer will need to scroll down to their "Acheivements" where they can locate their course certificates to download.

In addition:  The customer can locate their Course Completion Certificate at the bottom of the course itself.  It will unlock and become available after the course is 100% complete.
