When a customer calls or emails in trying to locate their courses within their account, the advisor will need to guide them through their account where to locate their courses.  


The steps the user should follow are: 


Step 1: They need to Sign-in to their TLL account.  Depending on the type of user account,  the customer will need to either select the social media icon they used when creating the account or log-in using their email address and password.  


 


Step 2: Once on the main user page, the customer will need to click on "Me" at the top of the page.  Then click on "Profile." 



Step 3:  Once on the profile page, below the "Achievements" section, there is a section called "Courses." Here, the customer can locate the courses they have purchased.
