The updates affecting advisors for this sprint release include changes to the TX intern portal for FBE submissions, automated email for approved long-term substitute experience, Preventing offer of admission for all states unless there is a training track assigned, bug fixes to the auto dialer feature, and correction to the enrollment fee balance reflecting in the intern’s portal.

TX – FBE Portal Updates
- Moving forward, interns will only be able to submit up to 12 hours under the same teacher and teacher’s email address. Should they attempt to submit more than 12 hours of field-based experience under the same teacher they will receive an automated message that states “You can have a maximum of 12 FBE hours from observing the same teacher.”
- Interns can no longer submit FBE experience for more than 6 hours per calendar day. Some interns were submitting 6 hours in one submission and then adding an additional submission for additional hours on that same day. Now, there is a filter in place that will prevent that, and interns will see a message that states, “You can only have a maximum of 6 FBE hours from the same day.”
- Interns will no longer be able to submit FBE experience prior to their enrollment date. If they select a date that is before their paid date, they will receive a message that states, “FBE Date cannot be before your admission date of XX/XX/XXXX.”
TX – Automated Email sent after approved Long-term Substitute Experience
Now, when our FBE team receives a long-term sub verification form and updates the prince account with the approved 15 hours an automated email will go out to that intern letting them know.
Additionally, Interns will see their approved long-term sub experience in their portal.
All States – Training Track Required for Offer of Admission
A training track must be added to the intern’s Prince account in order to offer admission. Currently this happens automatically when adding an exam to the Tests tab. However, there are several interns that don’t get exams added prior to enrolling. The new feature in Prince will prevent the offer of admission prior to enrolling and the following message will be displayed.
All States – Bug fix to auto dialer
The auto dialer feature has been fixed in Prince, and additional dispositions have been added when making outbound calls in five9.
All States – Bug fix to Enrollment Fee Balance
Previously the enrollment fee balance was not reflecting correctly when the intern had made all payments. It was not accounting for the $100 deferment, and this was reflecting as a balance when it should not have been. Now, it will reflect correctly when the intern is paid in full!
