Interns may experience difficulties in submitting their field-based experience online through their portal and call in to report an error.  


 

An incomplete form will highlight in red the areas that need to be completed, before it allows the intern to submit.  


Example: If the intern does not complete all 5 questions with 700 Characters or more, the box in which they need to ellaborate will highlight in red

Example: If the intern includes a space after the email address of the teacher observed, it will highlight in red 


Example: If the intern forgets to check the box at the end, affirming information submitted is correct.  It will NOT allow the intern to submit their field based experience. 


The box titled "Submit Field Based Experience" will highlight in dark blue like it's ready for the intern to submit, however, when the intern clicks on the box nothing happens which typically prompts them to call or email in to report an error.  


When this happens, please review each section of the form with the intern to confirm they have filled the top portion out in its entirety.  Confirm there is no space after the email address, they have completed a response for each question with 700 characters or more, and they have checked the box at the bottom affirming the information.  


This should allow the intern to now submit the form with no problems.
