Upon receiving an email from the intern showing proof of outside tutoring for the PPR exam, the advisor should double check to confirm the following reflect on their proof of tutoring
- Intern's full name
- Must indicate that the tutoring was specifically for the PPR
- Must show a either a certificate of completion for a course, OR proof of successful completion of a practice exam with an 85% or higher.
- Please note: Tutoring received by Michael Moretta, a Teachers of Tomorrow Field Supervisor, is approved as a provider.
Next, forward the email with proof of educational activity to txprogramfulfillment@teachersoftomorrow.org
lastly, advise the intern you have sent to your manager for review and processing time is 3-5 business days.
The Learning Liaisons now shows proof of hours completed for the PPR course.
