International Applicants that do not have a social security number yet may enroll in the program using a Pin number or P-number issued by TEA.
The P-number will act as a SSN so the applicant can move forward with the enrollment process. They will need to submit a TEA help desk ticket with their request. TEA Help Desk
This does not act as a SSN. Applicants will need a SSN in order to conduct their backgroundcheck and fingerprinting through TEA.
