Approved to Send to Enrollment Priority: 

  1. For Internal TOT employees only: Escalations from interns after already attempting to de-escalate and resolve.  After attempting to de-escalate, if the intern persists, send to enrollment priority. 
  2. Escalations from Concentrix Team leads and SMEs only.  Should an intern need to speak with a supervisor, Concentrix advisors should first escalate to their direct Team Lead or SME for help.  If they are unable to resolve, the Team Lead or SME may email Enrollment Priority for additional support.  
  3. Inter-departmental requests for advisors to reach out to potential leads or new applicants to review the program and next steps. (Does not include program advisor requests) Other departments can include classroom support, curriculum support, client success and engagement, or accounting.
  4. Applicant accounts that have failed the application assessment and received an “unacceptable” score.  Advisor should email enrollment priority for a lead or manager to  review the account and determine if eligible for admission.

 

Not Approved to send to Enrollment Priority: 

  1. Inbound call requests for enrollment.  These should be transferred in five9, NOT posted to the enrollment priority folder.   See Call Transfer Expectations
  2. Transcript search or processing requests.  Transcript search should go to transcriptsearches@teachersoftomorrow.org.  Transcript Processing requests should be posted to the expedite list. Expedite List
  3. Next steps in enrollment requests.  Inbound emails or phone calls regarding next steps in enrollment should be transferred immediately in five9 to the TX Enrollment skill.  
  4. TOEFL score update requests – Send to transcripts@texasteachers.org
  5. GPA exemption requests- send to transcripts@texasteachers.org
  6. Transfer Form requests – send to transcripts@texasteachers.org
