Approved to send to lead      

1.) 6th attempt waivers  

  • Before sending make sure all pages are filled out and certificates of proof of tutoring are included  

2.) Letters of Good Standing


4.) TEA or BBB escalations  

5.) Supervisor Calls  

  • In the Subject line of your email it must state, “Supervisor Call Request- Intern ID” 

6.) Transcripts for completers   

7.) Removing Supplemental Courses that are not relevant to the intern’s certification requirements. 

 

Not Approved to send to lead 

1. Enrollment Escalations 

2. Exams not in Hired Status/ Requests for exams in Hired status that are not ESL, PPR, 391 or 217  

3. General escalations that Advisors have been trained to handle- (I.e., emails when interns say they want their case escalated because they are frustrated. Rather than forwarding, utilize your advisor skills to deescalate and try to solve their issue) 

 4.Texas Teachers transcripts and Transfer Forms that are already in the documents section on Intern’s account 

 5. Transfers within the TOT program.  Ex. Texas Teachers intern is transferring to TOT Alabama  

 6. Refund requests- refer to intern agreement on refund policy (Paragraph 1 of the intern agreement)  

1.) Advisor attempts to de-escalate with the intern  

  2.) If unsuccessful, then reach out to your direct manager (ToT or CXN) for support  

  3.) If warranted, the manager will reach out to upper management for additional support 

 7. Sending anything that you are unsure of where to escalate (reach out to your manager for support)
