Once the intern has been hired they should submit their "I've Got A Job Form" located in their intern portal.  Submitting their Job form is a crucial step for interns to complete once hired.  It notifies our certification department that they are in need of a certificate and is the catalyst to allowing them to establish payments for their program fees.   


Also, submitting the I've Got a Job form allows the intern's account to now appear in the district's prince portal, allowing the district to submit the SOE electronically to TOT.

Located under Menu>Employment> Add Employment 


The intern should fill out the form in its entirety.  For employment start date, they should list the day they started as a full time teacher of record for that school and district. Not the current date.  



Job forms shoud not just be submitted when initially hired, but also ANY time the intern switches employment to a different school or district.
