- Forensic science
- Hydraulics and Pneumatics
- ICT for petrol-chemical
- Industrial electronics
- Industrial equipment repair
- Instrumentation

If an intern does not have a bachelor's degree, they do not automatically qualify to go the professional experience path with an SOQ. Applicants must have qualifying work experience and hold a license or certification in the area they want to pursue for certification. Many areas of professional experience do not qualify for certification.
