If an applicant has testing history in TEA upon applying to our program, it is important to review our policy on disqualifying applicants due to their testing history.
- 3 or more failed current TExES exams results in disqualification
- 4 or more failed PACT exams results in disqualification
- 5 or more failed exams results in disqualification
If an intern has failed expired exams we will evaluate each applicant on a case by case basis. In this circumstance you will email the enrollment manager directly to assess the account. Brenda.recchini@teachersoftomorrow.org.
If an intern has a letter of intent to hire from a district, the enrollment manager may re-assess the decision to disqualify the intern due to testing history. However, there is no guarantee, that just because they have a job offer that we would overturn our original decision to disqualify their account.
