• Contingency Admission allows an intern to enroll in the program during their final semester of their earning their bachelor's degree.  
  • The Applicant still will need to meet the GPA requirements, 12/15 hour admission certification area, and basic skill requirement. 


Two ways to qualify: 

  1. Coursework in progress (CWIP): Courses listed on the transcript listed as "In Progress," showing that the intern is actively enrolled in those courses. 
    • Applicant needs to confirm graduation date, verbally or in writing, what their expected graduation date is
  2. VOE - Verification of Enrollment - Some Universities do not provide CWIP on transcripts 
    1. Applicant will need to request a letter from the registrar confirming enrollment in current semester and anticipated graduation date. Verification of Enrollment (VOE)


If the intern has CWIP on their transcripts, the applicant must verbally verify their graduation date or verify it via email.  Advisor will need to add it to the notes stating "Expected Graduation is May 2023" etc. 


If the intern does not have CWIP on their transcripts, we will require a VOE from their registrar's office. 


Application Path needs to be marked as Contingency, and the contingency expiration date needs to be indicated undner the Admission tab.
