If an intern has a TEA account, it is important for the advisor to always confirm whether or not we need a transfer form.  


Advisor will look at three different tabs in TEA to determine this 

  1. Request Status 
  2. Examinations 
  3. Certifications 


All Three must be checked.  Information from one tab alone may not be enough to determine if a transfer form is required.
