The first advisor or fulfillment analyst in the account should always create the GRID.
How do I know if I am the first advisor?
- There will be no notes in the account
TEA - Does the intern have a TEA account? Yes or No
TF - Does the intern need a transfer form? Yes or No
SA - Is the school accredited? Yes or No, if an international candidate simply list CXC for course by course required.
CA - Certification Area, What is the Admission Certification Area and how was it found? Example: 12 hour is SS 7-12
IA - Interview Assessment/Admission Assessment? Yes or No has the intern completed the intern complete the admission assessment?
OTR - Official Transcripts, Yes or No? Do we have the intern's official transcripts on file? Check the documents tab
