Field Supervisor Observations are required as part of phase II of the program.
Once an intern completes all 5 of their observations during their intern year of teaching, their field supervisor will submit their recommendation.
Typically, the field supervisor recommendation aligns with the principal recommendation.
The field supervisor recommendation can be located in the adivsor portal of Prince under the Intern Checklist
When highlighted green, the field supervisor recommendation is positive and complete. When highlighted red, it is still pending. Typically, this means there are remaining observations or the final observation was recently completed. The advisor can reach out to classroom support should the intern be pending the FS recommendation and all other requirements are complete to be ready to recommend for a standard certificate. Including time taught.
