209 Hours of required online training as part of the pre-service 

212 Hours if pursing certification in Special Education

  • Training consists of Training Modules, Assessments, and 6 performance based projects (see projects aritcle for more info) 
  • Training is required to be completed during the pre-service phase of the program if intern is a regular hire,  and within 90 school days after intern cert starts if the intern is a late hire. 
  • Training is conducted through Canvas, but the interns access each course throgh a single sign on through their intern portal  
  • Self-Paced, available 24/7 to complete
